On of the world's top players, Jean-Michel Saive (Belgium) has announced his retirement from Table Tennis. He has had an outstanding career and has been a crowd favourite for many years and a National sporting hero in Belgium. Some of his many achievements were, R-up in Men's Singles @ 1993 World C'ships, won European Top 12 in 1994, ranked no. 1 in the World for 515 days in 1994 & 1995 and has played in all 8 Olympic Games since the sport was introduced in Seoul/Korea 1988.
