Due to the success of Rapid Fire League and, this year, Table Tennis Australia choosing the Sportlink venue for National Squad Training (Friday nights) for its Victorian members, Sportlink manager (with support from building owner, Whitehorse Council), wish to commence another night of Table Tennis.
Sportlink will have a Social night of TT on Wednesday nights commencing in the coming weeks.
MSTT Coaching Team is being hired to run this program.
Chamara Fernando is the chosen coach to be present each week.
This will be a night for players to come down and hit with others whenever suits your schedule, no commitment required. Players can organise their own practise partners on the night or pre organise this with another player or have a group of your own together. Up to 9 tables will be available
Chamara will be available to,
- Pass on tips to players about their game and/or equipment
- Provide run down on rules for new players
- Possible hitting partner in the initial weeks if numbers are low
- Other things that may arise
